In your line of work, you may be in contact with people living with chronic mental illness who are having difficulty managing their daily lives. Northern Lights Case Management Services provides the support and assistance needed to achieve and sustain a good quality of life within one's own community. Currently, our services are available in Atikokan, Dryden, Red Lake and SiouxLookout.

Northern Lights Case Management Services is available to a person who:

• Is an adult (16+ years)
• Suffers from a mental disorder that significantly impairs personal functioning in daily living, social encounters, financial management, etc.

To help adults living with chronic and severe mental illness achieve and maintain a satisfying and meaningful life within their own community.

Our services are provided to clients and their families in a manner that:

• Respects personal needs, values and choices
• Encourages personal achievement and empowerment
• Develops individual strengths and abilities
• Maintains the right to choose
• Advocates for rights and entitlements
• Supports ongoing recovery
